Xprize will be making carbon capture technology. Months before Elon Musk announced a challenge to create such technology the company that takes the challenge will be getting the donation of $100 million. Thus Xprize is a non-profit organization that conducts programs to encourage technological development to benefit humanity. 


     

           Thus Xprize took this challenge so that they can reduce the carbon emissions from the factories and vehicles and this can help the world to prevent the greenhouse effect right now no one other than Elon Musk can make this happen.
