Cortana will only be available for Microsoft from now onwards as stated by Microsoft itself . From now or in some days you may not able to run Cortana on android phones and devices and same goes with iOS. So only microsoft/ windows devices can run Cortana ( the voice assistant AI just like siri ). Now it is clear that only Google AI voice assistant is the only voice assistant facility that is available in all devices accept Huawei ( as the brand got disbanded by Google and will have their own os on huawei devices ). This means Google is the centre of AI technology and can also be the hub for cloud AI soon . There is no particular reason for the shutdown as the company announced the possible shutdown back in June 2020 and finally it is all happening now .
